The Red Point Honduran is a new species to the aquarium hobby. These cichlids are a more colorful member of the amatitlania family of cichlids that also include convict cichlids. Red Points have gold and red and, unlike convict cichlids, they are peaceful and actually skittish. Not a true schooling fish, a Group of Honduran Red Points will stick together like glue in the fish tank.
