Scarlet Gem Badis
The scarlet gem badis, or simply the scarlet gem, is a bright red striped nano fish that needs a peaceful fish tank. Scarlet gems come from India and are actually micro predators. These nano fish feed on very small insects in the wild but will eat prepared flake food in the aquarium. Though not schooling fish, these fish are small and more sociable in a small Group of three or four.
